How do I track my order?

  • When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. You can use the link to locate your parcel

How much time do you take to deliver ?

  • It depends on the product you order and delivery area. You can find the shipping timeline for the product in the description while ordering. And once shipped, you can expect to receive within 3-10 days depending on the delivery city. 

What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?

  • Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner will make an attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. 

  • A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to the parcel for a few days, awaiting further instructions from you, before returning the parcel to us.

  • Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be refunded via your original mode of payment.

  • Also, please note that cash on delivery (COD) is a special service where we ship your order without any pre-payment. We may be forced to discontinue the option of COD in your account should you fail to accept your COD parcel when it is delivered to you.

Are there any conditions on the cash-on-delivery option?

  • Please note that your cash-on-delivery package will be handed over to you only when complete payment has been made to the courier partner’s representative. Also, please give exact cash to avoid any inconvenience. 

What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?

  • We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please mail at hello.felizland@gmail.com us with the details of missing product  but within 15 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted asap.

My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What do I do ?

  • Please drop us a mail at hello.felizland@gmail.com within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service. Please note : We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs

    Return / Refund / Replacement : 

    I received a damaged product. What do I do ?

    • Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at hello.felizland@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 15 days of receiving the order. We will have a check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred. 

    • Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

    What do I do if I don't like the product I received  ?

      • We do hope you don't have to check this section too often, but we really love you a lot! So, drop us a mail and you could just ship the product back to us to the address which will be given in the mail. But please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 15 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. And we could provide you with coupon code, so you could shop with us again & again & again, we just do not want to let you go.

      • You can choose refund also. The refund will be processed in 5 working days and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

      • Please make sure that the return product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund / code to be processed.

      • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. 
      • No return / refund / exchange is possible for customised products unless it is damaged. 

        Do you deliver internationally?

        • Yes we do with the shipping charge of Rs.4000 per order.


            When can you cancel the order?

            • You can request for cancellation by writing to us. And cancellation of the order is possible only if the order is not shipped yet.

            Can I cancel my order once the product has been shipped?

            • Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.

            • If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.

            What about cancellation charges?

            • For both pre-paid orders or COD orders, there will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation.

            • For COD orders, we request you to not cancel an order at the time of delivery. Multiple cases of order rejection at the time of delivery are discouraged and may possibly result in non-serviceability of future COD orders from you.

            When do we get our refund for the cancelled order?

            • If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.

            • Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

            PRESETS :

            1.What are Lightroom presets?

            “Presets” simply mean pre-adjusted settings to facilitate the use of an application or device without actually having to learn it.

            2. I’m new to Lightroom, can I use the presets?

            Yes, learning any app is a matter of practice and to make the use of Lightroom easy for editing is the whole point of Presets. There is a step-by-step guide to installing and using the presets for both desktop and mobile that will be sent with the purchase of every pack of presets. Hence, making it absolutely user friendly.

            3. Are presets same as Filters? Is it just another fancy name for filters?

            If you’re referring to mobile app filters, no they are not. Presets are open files of the edit-settings which you can further change to your liking, unlike filters which can’t be altered.

             4. Why do I need presets?

            If you’re a photographer, you can minimize your hours of post processing by applying ‘Feliz presets’ to your photos and create a cohesive lot of photos for your clients.

            If you’re a digital content creator(Blogger, Influencer) or in general just interested in having aesthetically beautiful photos you can use ‘Feliz Presets’ to improve your content and effectively have a great feed/blog.

             5. I am a photographer, can I use the presets for commercial use?

            Yes, as long as you have a purchased version of our presets.

            6. I’m a blogger/influencer, can I use the presets for my blog?

            Yes, you can use the presets for all digital media content, as long as you have a purchased version of our presets.

            7. If I buy a new computer can I install the presets again?

            Yes, We recommend a back up of the preset files as the download limit and duration will be limited to a certain number of days after purchase for product security. You can use your backed up preset files to reinstall in your new computer.

            8. What is the difference between Mobile and Desktop Presets ?

            Desktop presets and Mobile presets are completely different file formats and cannot be used for a medium other than stated.

            Desktop presets are designed for RAW photos which enable detailed editing and further adjustments as per your own requirement.

            Mobile presets are designed for JPG images and are comparatively easy and less complex and are great for digital content creators and travellers.

            9. Yaikks! I look orange after applying the presets. How do I change the skin tones after preset application?

            For skin tones, you can change the ‘Luminance’ of Orange colour in your colour panel to adjust it to your desire.

            10. What if the presets are not working for me? Can I get a return them?

            We have spent a great amount of time in crafting the presets as per suitable category of photos, so please go through the description of each pack before selecting which pack suits your photos the best.

            We have created the presets to fit maximum kinds of light conditions and colours. Although,minor adjustments need to be made as per your photo’s light conditions and skin tones to make the most of the presets.

            As ‘Lightroom presets’ is a digital product, all sales are final. There will be no returns of refunds.
